The Old Beach Inn
Newport, RI

The Old Beach InnOur charming guest rooms have been named after favorite garden flowers, each offering its own romantic flavor and blooming with wonderful colors and fabrics too. Secondary themes prevail within the rooms as well, such as a hunt theme in the Ivy Room and a music theme in the Lily Room. The attention to detail adds an extra note of comfort and elegance. Guests are also drawn to the alluring atmosphere outside -- the back porch, gardens, gazebo and lily pond all invite leisure.

A generous continental breakfast is served daily and includes everything from freshly baked pastries, homemade granola, fruit salads, fresh-squeezed juices and specially blended coffee. On Sundays a hot entree is served as well such as a vegetable quiche, an egg casserole or blueberry stuffed french toast. Guests can also also help themselves to coffee and tea makings throughout the day in the guest pantry.

The location of the inn is ideal and very central to many of Newport's most popular sites, such as the Cliff Walk, the fabled Mansions, the beaches, and the historic harborfront. Outstanding shops and restaurants are all closeby.

The Rockwell House Inn
Bristol, RI

The Rockwell House InnOur home, built in 1809, is situated in the heart of Bristol's Historic Downtown Waterfront District, one block from the Bristol Harbor, a stones throw from the Narragansett Bay. It was built by Col. Giles Luther, the first recorded Parade Marshall of Bristol's famous Fourth of July Parade, in the traditional Federal style. Now it exhibits Federal, Georgian, Greek Revival, Italianate and Victorian features.

At the turn of the 20th century, Charles Rockwell donated the building to the Bristol District Nursing Association and it became the town's medical clinic. In 1991, we lovingly restored the home, making it one of Bristol's finest residences and opened the Rockwell House Inn Bed & Breakfast.

Since opening, we have served thousands of guests from coast-to-coast and around the world. The Inn has been featured in Connecticut Magazine,Country Homes Magazine, the New York Times, Boston Globe, Newsday and Yankee Magazine. Debra has been seen in 'On the Menu' on the Food Network. We are a 3 Diamond AAA and 3 Star Mobil property.
